This series invites you to explore, create, and practice rituals centered around breathwork as a tool for capacity building, resilience, ancestral connection, and self/collective care.
Breath is more than a biological function — it is a bridge to healing, a vessel for ancestral wisdom, and a foundation for resilience. Together, we will reclaim breath as an act of resistance, restoration, and sacred connection.
